I have no trouble in recommending the services of Matt and his team at Clean24, they're second to none. It would definitely be in your best interests to speak with him before you commit your work to any one else.
I first met Matt over 11 years ago when I employed his services for a Commercial Office space in South Melbourne, he immediately struck me as being friendly, engaging and willing to assist in any way he could and all with a smile that was ever present on any occasion we met.
The office space included work stations, breakout areas, technical suites, meeting rooms, kitchen and more. Most people would understand this type of busy work place and how quickly things can become disheveled. Matt's skills with the vac and mop, and all tools of trade are enviable and only surpassed by his sense of humour. The office microwave and fridge sparkled after the special touch of Clean24!!
Seriously though and very importantly, the nature of the business was one where we dealt and worked with sensitive or confidential material on a daily basis. It was extremely important that things were not removed or misplaced. It's a credit to Matt and the team and also a testament to their professionalism and trustworthiness, that we never experienced a problem of any kind.
I have recently moved on from that company but would not hesitate to use Clean24 again at the earliest opportunity.

Firstly, I wish to say thank you very much to Matt and his team. I first met Matt over a decade ago when I was given the task to organise a cleaner for my work. I got in contact with Matt and within a day, he was able to meet me at the office.
His approach was friendly, professional, and thorough. He really took the opportunity to understand the business requirements and what we needed. Matt was very genuine, personable and engaging. Needless to say, we utilised his services and have not looked back. In fact, I have since left that company and Matt and his team are still with them!
A decade later down the track, I find myself in desperate need of a cleaner to do an End of Lease Clean for the rental property I was in. I called Matt and sure enough, he organised to come over the next day to take a look at what he was in for. Once again, I was presented with such a genuine, friendly and professional approach. He was so honest and open and even gave me some good cleaning tips for me! Within the next day, he was able to provide me with a quote and I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable price that he quoted.
Throughout the process, Matt always kept me in the loop and was extremely flexible. Matt and his team worked so hard to get my entire house cleaned from top to bottom within a very tight deadline. In fact, they were even cleaning while we were still clearing boxes and furniture out of the house! And what an amazing job they did! I was so very happy with what they did, that I would recommend them to any business or individual.
Matt is extremely customer focussed and genuinely cares about what you need and is always able to tailor the right solution to meet those needs!
